Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with Project R3D. We want to ensure your complete satisfaction with our products. If you need to return or exchange an item, please review our return policy below.

1. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

  • We accept returns within 14 days from the date of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, and in “like new” condition.

  • Consumables can not be returned once opened, used, or installed.

2. Return Process

  • To initiate a return, please contact support@projectr3d.com. A Project R3D team member will contact you to discuss the reason for the return and request photos of the condition of the product.

  • Once a team member approves that the return will be accepted, please ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method to ensure its safe return.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

3. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you regarding the status of your return.

  • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method minus shipping and fees.

  • Returns due to anything but damaged or faulty product is subject to a restocking fee of 30%

  • Please allow 7-15 business days for the refund to be processed and appear in your account depending on your payment method.

4. Exchanges

  • If your product arrives damaged and our team can not troubleshoot the issue by sending replacement parts we will request to send you a replacement unit and cover the return of the defective product. 

5. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact support@projectr3d.com immediately.

  • A team member may request photos of the damage and begin the troubleshooting process. If a simple replacement part will not solve the issue we will provide a replacement product. If the replacement product is not so your satisfaction we will provide a full refund. 

  • If you choose to not troubleshoot the issue with our team member your return is subject to the above restocking fee. 

6. Cancellations

  • If you order a 3D Printer, cancellations will only be accepted within 24 hours of ordering 

  • If you need to cancel an order, please contact support@projectr3d.com with your order number.

7. Non-Returnable Items

  • Build Surfaces

  • Nozzles

  • Filament

  • Bowden Tube

  • Any other consumable not listed
